At CoolGames and Keesing Media Group we are looking for a versatile Financial Accountant to join our Finance team(s) in Amsterdam (fulltime: two locations). You will play a key role in maintaining our financial administrations and reporting processes and contribute to the success of a growing and dynamic company.

About the role
- As Financial Accountant, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of finance and accounting tasks, including:
- Managing the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Statements
- Preparing and filing VAT returns and maintaining fixed asset records
- Supporting monthly and quarterly closings, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and ensuring accuracy of source records
- Contributing to finance-related projects, analyses, and other assignments to support the department’s goals
About you
- 3+ years of experience in a similar financial/accounting role
- A MBO+ or HBO/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — a must, Dutch is a great plus
- Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- Experience with Twinfield, Business Central and Basecone is a bonus
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- A hands-on, proactive attitude and a genuine sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented, structured, and quick to learn
- A collaborative team player — but also confident working independently
