Maison d'édition spécialisée dans les magazines de jeux (mots fléchés, mots croisés, sudoku, pêle-mêle, multi jeux...), nous recherchons un(e) Responsable PAO pour piloter notre équipe, mettre en place les projets et accompagner les évolutions du service.
Vous rejoindrez une entreprise dynamique qui modernise ses outils et méthodes de travail. Sous la responsabilité de la Rédactrice en chef, vous intégrerez l'équipe pendant une période de transition (jusqu’à l’installation dans un nouvel espace de travail début avril 2026), nécessitant adaptabilité et sens de l'organisation.

Missions principales :
Management d'équipe :
·         Encadrer une équipe expérimentée de 7 collaborateurs
·         Fédérer l'équipe autour des projets
·         Organiser le travail et suivre la production dans des délais souvent serrés
Production :
·         Participer activement à la production PAO
·         Garantir la qualité et le respect des délais de fabrication
·         Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe rédaction
·         Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing

Salaire brut annuel : à partir de 40 KE selon expérience/profil

Compétences techniques :
·         Expertise des logiciels de PAO (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
·         Maîtrise des environnements Mac et PC
·         Intérêt pour l'informatique en général
·         Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et l'IA appliquée à l'édition
·         Maîtrise de l’anglais

·         Sens de l’organisation dans le cadre de plannings de fabrication serrés
