What you'll do

As our AI Editorial & Creative Lead, you're the one who turns that potential into practice, always in service of the craft. You spot the developments that matter, translate them into hands-on use cases, and help our international editorial, puzzle, design and studio teams work smarter, faster and more creatively. Reporting to the CTO, you operate at the heart of our International Editorial organization. It's a role for someone who genuinely bridges two worlds: the editorial craft of quality content and the technical possibilities of Generative AI. You won't just advise from the sidelines, you'll build, test, train and inspire.

Your role

Own the AI roadmap across companywide editorial and creative workflows
Identify and assess relevant AI developments, tools and trends for editorial and creative work
Translate AI opportunities into practical use cases for editorial, puzzle, design and studio teams
Provide hands-on support for AI use in puzzle content, puzzle design, layout and visual production
Support DTP/Studio workflows in image research, selection, generation and visual development for puzzles, covers, illustrations and supporting materials
Build AI knowledge and capability through training, workshops, guidance and documentation
Initiate and evaluate pilots and experiments, and help scale successful applications into structured working methods
Map needs, pain points and high-potential use cases across teams, and support immediate studio and editorial needs

Act as the go-to point of contact for AI questions across the organization, keeping teams informed on relevant developments and maintaining overview across initiatives.

What you bring

Relevant experience in an editorial, publishing, creative or content-driven environment
A proven engineering background with a focus on Generative AI integration
Experience building and testing AI workflows and APIs relevant to content and/or visual production
A strong editorial mindset and understanding of quality-driven content processes
The ability to think in systems and architecture
Affinity with design, layout, studio workflows and visual production
A talent for translating new technology into practical, usable solutions
Strong collaboration, communication and training skills
A deep respect for editorial craft and a conviction that AI should elevate quality, never dilute it
A curious, pragmatic, hands-on and quality-conscious attitude
